The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged: lingerie, swimwear, jewelry and accessories i.e. belts.
Conditions for return:
Return of product
Goods can be returned within a designated period. The exact return period and return policy differs from product to product. Please contact our customer service for the detailed information. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight/return handling charges.
Size wrong items and quality problem items can be exchanged. For defective products, If a defect or damage is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will be paid in form of a gift card redeemable with your next purchase with Kendiee.com.
Refunds:
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Kendiee or its business partner. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
The applicable amount will be refunded in the form of wallet credits only that are redeemable in your next purchase.
In case of buy 1 get 1 category, If you decide to return one item bought under this category, gift card will be issued for half value
Re-attempts:
If after multiple re-attempts for delivery of the product, the product is shipped back to Kendiee, after which the customer asks for a re-delivery, the customer shall have to bear the complete RTO charges levied by the delivery partner on Kendiee.
